By 1 IN 30 MILLION CHANCE, Mr. Lucky lived through a plane crash, thanks to an incredible stroke of luck. 136 passengers died, including his father. Though the odds of overcoming psychological trauma are 1 IN 475, he didn't accept defeat. He grew up to fall in love, get married, and have a beautiful daughter, Kate, who was born with Cerebral Palsy. As he watched her struggle with unhealthy liquid meal options, he knew he needed to do something. In perhaps another stroke of luck, he ended up founding Kate Farms, offering nutritious plant-based products that would greatly improve Kate's condition as well as many others'.
